I have a 2003-P Roosevelt with an incuse mark that looks to appear at or around the jaw line, and carries upward through the cheek and temple into the hair, then seems to cut both left toward the Y in Liberty and slightly right towards the top of the ear. I'm not sure if this could be a Strike Through, or Dropped Die Filling, or typical PMD. I do not think it is PMD because the reverse of this coin has no dents or bends. What do you suggest happened here?

Nice Graphics (the second one in particular) ! My money would be on Struck Through and probably grease. I think if it was filings there would be sharper edges. PMD is always possible and the greenish tint might indicate a solvent present at some point (acid?).

That is very strange, these pictures were not green looking when posted nor does the coin appear green, but I will double check when I get home this evening. If it does turn out to be a strike through, what do you suppose it was struck through, I thought staple or something similar ?

It was not struck through anything hard like a staple. Most likely grease.

I can understand that, like Biedercoins was trying to explain to me earlier

So with it being Struck Through Grease the abnormality has softer smooth edges opposed to being struck through something rigid which would have sharp rigid edges. As for the green tint, I am not sure exactly whats going on there. I checked the coin again but I am not seeing it. I do not know if this it but I thought it was possible I took the pictures at just the right angle, and lighting, and through the Mylar Flip giving it a green tint, but...

The green could just be a reflection of something nearby when you made the photo. I wouldn't dwell on it. As for the coin itself, I'd hold onto it just because it's different. Irregular. Who knows, there might be another just like it (or similar) that shows up one day.
