Looking-For-Help-Identifying-This-Coin/Token

Have had this coin/token floating around for a while. I've tried some google searches (with the knowledge that I probably would not find anything) with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a coin of the Yaudheya tribe of ancient India. From around the 3rd century AD.
