I won a modest little coin from the Kenneth W. Dorney auction hosted by Agora Auctions. I had bit on a cheaper coin, but got outbid, and not wishing to get into a bidding war for yet another Roman Republic denarius with a biga or quadriga reverse theme, I decided to up the ante a little. I was the only bidder on this baby, and at a decent price compared to what I've seen for sale out there.

Lot 070. M Herennius, 108 - 107 BC, Silver Denarius, Amphinomus Carrying His Father
M Herennius, 108 - 107 BC
Silver Denarius, Rome Mint, 18mm, 3.48 grams
Obverse: Head of Pietas right, PIETAS behind.
Reverse: Amphinomus carrying his father right, M HERENNI to left, L and dot to right.
Herennia1a // Crawford308/1b // Sydenham567a
It looks to be toned a dull gray, but that's ok. The details on the coin are decent and are fairly well centered compared to some examples I've seen out there. At least there is no horse at all on the reverse, which is a big win for me. This is only my second Roman Republic denarius without any horses at all on the reverse.
