I'd swear a thread I was reading yesterday was talking about how this happens but I cant find it today.. I have seen this before on pennies.. I am trying to learn how all the different striking issues cause coins to look the way they do.. anyone help out on this one? Misaligned Die or collar.. something along those lines?
