Hello everyone! I am brand new to this forum so go easy on me. I need your help in authenticating this coin. I picked up this coin at a local auction in my area. The coin passes the magnet test, has the correct weight, and has the silver bell "ping" when struck. Any help would be appreciated. Whaddya think?

Doesn't look right to me. Color looks off, CC looks odd, denticles seems inconsistent, mushy details, and date is off.

For an 89CC, I'd be wary of anything not already in a slab. Doesn't look right to me either.

Counterfeit coin.

If you compare two coins below, the right being the subject coin, there are many inconsistencies.

Spacing between "In God We trust" and the left wing is different, right wing tip, eagle legs, on and on. Most of all, it has that fake "look"

VAM diagnostic incorrect, surface/color also wrong - all point to counterfeit.
