looking for opinions, as I see the reverse as double stuck, but the obverse doesn't seem to be a complete double struck version.. I am not familiar with this coin, but I may have to look into this version more.. thanks in advance. these are the seller's pics. so best that is available.

I know that there is a known error of a 1967 rotated reverse die, but I have not seen it with the doubling that your coin has. The 1967 always seems to bring a few dollars more as a collector piece. I will let the Canada Coin experts chime in on this one.

absolutely genuine..the obverse is always the side that plays with your eyes..for this reason MANY of these double strike 'errors' are designated as triple struck when they are only double..
nice luster as well, often these are seen with a much more PL appearance.

Why is the main goose's head and neck so flat with no detail? HMM!

because the second, rotated strike flattened it with the field elements of the design..

apologies..i was wrong..like I said these always play with your eyes..
the 'main goose' is so flat because after the first strike, the planchet was already down to the correct thickness from the striking, therefor the die couldn't be filled enough to bring out the second design's full detail..

It is the true double struck coin but due to the vast numbers, they were custom made

Your example is exactly what the "Double Struck" 67 dollar should look like. Sometimes the rotation is a bit more than your example.. Here are 2 more examples with the last Proof Like dollar showing a bit more rotation. .
