Nope! The second part of the title is a lie. This coin comes to us from Crazyb0. It is an unlisted LDB, but the damage prevents a submission to Cuds on Coins, so it gets a mention here.

Druu,

I'm not so sure that isn't just damage from my "freeing" the coins stuck in the swelled tube. After looking through the three rolls of 1960P's for any other DDO / DDR and similar BIE's and finding not one of the cousin coins...? The surrounding scratches, including the vertical one on the right of the vertical bar of B leads me to suppose a misplaced bit of metal. Take a point to it and see if it moves, I forgot to do that before sending it!

Ok, I'm confused. Why is someone else posting your coins? Just wondering!

The last sentence of Crazyb0's response indicates he sent it to Druu who is now the rightful owner of that masterpiece.

The close-up isn't quite clear enough for me to tell if it's damage or a real BIE.

It is a BIE, but the coin is damaged.

Damaged BIE. New image incoming soon. That's what I get for shooting with standard phone camera instead of using the magnifier app.

Thanks for the pics! It looks a lot like LDB36-1960(LD)-001 but, not exactly. Maybe a different die state?

It's really a very nice BIE. Too bad about the damage.

Nice catch, Spruett! I think you're correct. When I went to check the listings earlier, I just saw no single breaks listed for 1960. I didn't bother checking the LDB36 listing because I failed to notice the chip in the T. At least it (probably) isn't a new LDB.
