Possible Errors On These Two Buffalo Nickels

I was going through rolls of dateless buffaloes and these two caught my eye (as did the 1916 s that I thought was a 1913 s for an hour)

This one I'm pretty sure is PMD though I was also thinking maybe it could be a misaligned die.

And this 1913 type 2 looks like it has a lamination problem on it's reverse.

The rim has been damaged on the first coin and the second coin does have a lamination on the reverse.
