Here is an 1878 Twenty Cent ... the last of its kind. All of them were Proofs, and there are no games here ... this one did not come from the Canton, China (CC Mint) or any other bad place. What would you grade it?

PF-64 Not sure what the line is on the obverse from the knee to the 11th star.

With the scratch in the right obverse field, I just don't see this as a 65.

billjones - is the scratch on the holder? Doesn't look like it, but clarification is needed here.

PR64, shot at 65. Absolutely gorgeous example of a very scarce coin.

The scratch is on the holder. You guys are good. PCGS graded the coin PR-64, and it is very high end for that grade. It is nicer than an 1876 Twenty Cent Piece I have that is in a PR-65 holder.
