On coin B: Looks like liberty's smile was carved in. They might grade it as outlined devices.

Be patient and look again in a month or so. You might find the coin that you're looking at for your budget. Sometimes, I have urge to purchase certain type coin, and will look for days. If nothing comes up, I forget about it for a month or so, then check back. Sometimes, few months, until I find one. Once you buy one, you will be staring at it just about every other day, so pick carefully. For me, hastened purchases are usually followed by regrets. (Which I did more than once)
