Sorry If I'm way off but I am still learning. It looks to me about an AU53-55, as the eagle's breast is quite worn and the coin looks to have lost a lot of its lustre.

I would say EF-45. And probably cleaned. The halos around the devices suggest a cleaning. (although I have seen halos that were not from cleaning)

i have it at AU details cleaned also. the haziness of the pics could be throwing this off. i'd like to see better pics to be sure.
