Are you looking for notes from a specific region/state or just obsoletes in general? I ask because some sellers will have a geographic specialty while others will sell any that come their way.

I'm looking for notes from the North East that have a nautical theme.

I found a few for you, but I won't vouch for any of them personally since I have not done business with them before. The last link is a banknote dealer directory so that should lead you to a few more, good luck!

I have purchased once from each of them and was happy with the note & service that I received.

Try Heritage. They have lots of obsoletes in their auctions.
