I recently picked this up on ebay. It appears to have Cuds and a reverse lamination at 11:00. Paid $30

Defective planchet, not ED. Note the streaky colors and how the reverse area with the peel and streaks matches up with its counterpart on the obverse.

Choice VF sharpness, but corrosion on the obverese make it a net grade Fine.
