There's AU detail there and it has been stripped of its original patina and is starting to retone pretty nicely. I'd guess AU53.

Noticeable wear on thigh and breast but at least AU-50 detail. The first photos make the coin look very baggy, while the second set de-emphasizes the contact marks and shows surfaces that don't look original. As BH1964 suggests it's likely been dipped and is retoning. The coin does looks genuine (always a question with Seated dollars) and is well-struck.

The pics hardly look like the same coin. I know there won't be an answer, but I'll say AU-55 straight.

This one is graded au-55 by PCGS. On the pictures: this coin is currently being auctioned off by Great Collections and as you all know I'm not a fan of their pictures. I also couldn't determine whether it was cleaned and retoned. So I called GC and I was surprised that Ian (the owner) called me back. He's a very polite gentleman. He pulled the coin and inspected it for me. He said the coin looked like it was 'cleaned and retoned in and odd way' and that's probably why PCGS graded it au-55(instead of ms).
Though I don't like their pictures, GC seems like a great company with an owner who is very much in the trenches with his business. Very impressed with the customer service I received.

I've dealt with GC in the past and agree 100% - They are the best in the business in terms of customer service.
