Hi,

Found this in a lot of coins ... read that its a rare example and wanted to know your thoughts if its authentic or not as I am new to collecting!

From the 10 pixels that I can see, it looks like a chain cent. Doubt it is genuine being that prominent details are all there, yet it's not graded.

So someone just told me that in 1993 they reproduced it as commemorative... is this true?
