Just found this odd looking quarter. Not sure what's going on. In second pic everything looks "wavy". Expert help please.

Wow, the WWW (Worn Wavy Window) variety! Worth nothing extra unless you can find a worn die stage collector. Some (not very many) people collect coins in various stages of die life.

To me it looks more like a very slight amount of grease/oil in those areas of the die, altering the windows and the barrels.

I want to thank everyone for their input.. When I first saw this I thought I might need to cut down on the wine I was drinking while screening. Regardless of the mechanism involved in the waviness. It's still a neat looking coin.
