I can't find any reference on this tiny little fella. Still think it's awesome though! Only .148 grams

Neat little coin! Perhaps, at that weight, more likely a tetartemorion? Maybe unpublished? Certainly there are examples with left-facing Corinthian helmets on one side, such as:

But I've not seen one with helmets on both.

This one is kind of interesting in that it has a helmet-left on one side, and helmeted head of Athena (right-facing) on the other...I wonder if yours has a cropped-off head below that helmet in the left pic? Of course yours would be facing left.

Thanks for sharing...very interesting.

@davidsv, thanks for posting. Can you share more detail about how you got it? Also the diameter--is it about 6 mm?

That's a very cool coin ^^

Agree with Bob, it looks like Athena wearing Corinthian helm on the one side, and a crested helm in an incuse square on the other. It's amazing such a small thing can survive 2500+ years.

Thanks for the comments! I too thought it was very cool and am amazed that something that size has survived. I just won it in an auction from a dependable, long time seller. It's in route currently, hopefully I don't drop it on the rug when I open it, never to find it again :). It's a whopping 7 mm; it could have the head of Athena cropped of but I still can't find the same style. Maybe unpublished? Can't find it anywhere. Of course I'm ok with a rarity :)
