I received a roll of 2003-P Louisiana Purchase Jefferson from the bank, many of them had struck-through oil, grease, or water marks. Here are three of them.

Looks like oil or water altered the strikes. Probably if you checked, they would all have the same die markers on them as they were probably all done by the same dies.
