Is This An Error Or PMD 1998 Dime Reverse

Looking through my pocket change with a magnifying glass and found this squiggle mark on the reverse of this dime. It doesn't affect the bottom of the olive branch or the U, but it goes through the olive branch higher up. Any info?

Thats why I look for answers here. After seeing that image of the overlay, I took another look at the dime and you can see more of the obverse image. Thanks for the responses.
