Lawest, here's what I think. Comparing yours to Coppercoins example which is LDS
1) There is a thickness on the outside lower vertical bar that is not on CC which seems to cover the MM underneath that lower portion. 2) The die chip on yours is larger and more defined. 3) There is a die chip/ding on CC's but can't be seen in shadows (?) of yours.
These all point to yours as possibly a later die state than CC's example. As to lack of reverse die markers, what state was Wexler's example? Also, the anvil die may have been changed making the die pairs different. Hard to know that for sure.
This one looks correct. Your image was a bit taller than the CC example I took years ago. But after editing it a bit on the date, the mint mark location looks correct now.
