Pics need to be rotated, enlarged and sharpened. You can do all these things in the image optimizer.

EF-45 ,Toning takes away from eye appeal .

Tough to tell from the pictures, but I'd venture AU-53. Personally I kind of like the toning on the obverse because it brings out the bust more, but toning does not impact the grade.
