Need Help With 1883 Liberty V Nickel

Lmharris New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 05/22/2017 12:30 am I found an 1883 Liberty V nickel with ridges and I can't find anything about it online can someone help me? I don't know if it's an error at the mint or man made. Report this Post to the Staff

An in-focus shot of the edge would be most helpful to see how professional the reeding (or ridges) looks. Of course, focused pics of the front (obverse) and back (reverse) will help, too. As Fuzzy mentioned, whether or not it has the word "CENTS" on the reverse below the large "V" can explain things a little more.
