I think this is a hanging 6 but also an error on the 6. It's pretty wide. What do you all think? What would be graded at?

I don't see a hanging6
It looks like the 6 took a hit you can also see marks between the 5 and 6 PMD

Now for the good news.
Grade would be VF20.
Damage would not impact value at that grade.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
