New to the site and fairly new to collecting so would appreciate any info etc on a 2002 penny,Double Die or ?haven't been able to find anything like it,front of coin looks Ok,the back has a Lincoln monument with a second one turned nearly 90 degrees and looks as if it was pressed in from other material by colors and what appears to be microscopic crack or layering

It looks like what is called a "vise-job". This coin's reverse was pressed against another cent's reverse and, from the looks, possibly a nickel(?) obverse as well that left the mirrored design indentations.

Unfortunately, this is all post-mint damage ( PMD) and adds no value.

Also, to CCF!

It looks to have been altered after the strike. Is the "head" on the Memorial raised or recessed?

Its all metal,no glue, understand the pic looks like something dripped on it but its actually like thin layer of another coin pressed into it or something.I've ran across few coins that were damaged from being mashed into others etc,but on those both sides of the coin has damage, this one shows no sign on the other side.just knew it was odd/different and was curious of what it was

If it was metal you could not see the design & devices beneath it. The glue dried clear. It's glue

Whether or not
a coin has been "mashed" or not, cannot be determined by
whether or not
it has damage on the other side. That would be determined by
whether or not
the "anvil" side was cushioned.
Whether or not
it might be glue or "mashed" is inconsequential, as neither is a mint error.

Clear glue was dripped onto the coin, another coin was pressed into the glue, it dried, the second coin was removed and the first coin was left with a glue impression of another coin.
