This is from my grandmas collection, she has never used flips. so most will have marks. The only ones she has with the plastic capsules is for Regina Saskatchewan coins from the 70's - 80's.

I don't think it would grade high enough to justify the costs involved in having it slabbed.

basically, each coin has a curve where the cost to profit ratio is realized. For this coin, it would be 65 or higher. I don't think this is a 65.

Yeah I was thinking it would grade to low to be worth anything, any idea on what it would grade at? I am still learning so having some ideas on grrades would help a little with knowing what to look for on coins and such. But thanks fo the quick responses. & opps it's not sorry!!

No opinion on whether to grade or not, but you got a die crack between Elisabeth and II.
