I don't think it'll get PL because only the obverse has any mirror-like surfaces. Thoughts? Grade?

64. Reverse looks like it has die polishing marks. Both sides have a small number of hairline scratches. There are many stunning examples of gem 79-S coins. Fields show a lot of distracting marks in this example.

I'm also at 64. Dates like 79s, 80s, 81s, 82s are the most abundant pl and dmpl coins because of high mintages and a lot of dies were used, plus their strikes were impeccable and stunning

MS64, obverse looks PL but the reverse not. Beautiful example nonetheless.
