Hope this is in the right tread
I am going to buy 10 hobo pennies and nickels including a Morgan dollar
For $40
Works out just under $4 for one

Hobo-Pennies,-Nickels-And-A-Morgan-Dollar

Note that the obverse and reverse are shown in one picture. That is odd, no?

I've met 1 or 2 people who are doing nickels.
In their case not with the intent to deceive but just as an art form.
That site is in "za" (South Africa, I think).
To me that makes it virtually 100% they are modern/current products.
Not illegal to do (if disclosed) but nowhere near the value of a real hobo nickel.

Yes South Africa might be mass produced cause he said he will have more next week lol.
Was just weird cause I know hobo nickels go for a huge amount of money and haven't seen any for sale in South Africa or South African sites

Learn something every day on this forum. I did not know the Chinese were doing knock off hobo coins. The no no site had 7 pages of hobo coins.

tesla....that site is an ocean full of counterfeit / knock off / type merchandise.
Most of the counterfeit coins on ebay come from there. We do not ever type the name
of the site here as to not have "hits" from internet searches lead them to any of our posts.
