Hope this is in the right tread I am going to buy 10 hobo pennies and nickels including a Morgan dollar For $40 Works out just under $4 for one  Here is one of the coins Why are they so cheap?

I don't think it's the same coin he has like 25 but I was wondering why So cheap just a bit suspect may I post a link so you can check It out?

In their case not with the intent to deceive but just as an art form. That site is in "za" (South Africa, I think). To me that makes it virtually 100% they are modern/current products. Not illegal to do (if disclosed) but nowhere near the value of a real hobo nickel.

Yes South Africa might be mass produced cause he said he will have more next week lol. Was just weird cause I know hobo nickels go for a huge amount of money and haven't seen any for sale in South Africa or South African sites

Learn something every day on this forum. I did not know the Chinese were doing knock off hobo coins. The no no site had 7 pages of hobo coins.

tesla....that site is an ocean full of counterfeit / knock off / type merchandise. Most of the counterfeit coins on ebay come from there. We do not ever type the name of the site here as to not have "hits" from internet searches lead them to any of our posts.

Ah ok I see, all my coins come from them, luckily I have posted all of them here so the ones I bought wasn't fake....so far I always post before I buy to make sure it is the real deal
