Found this one this evening, is it a possible residual die clash or something else?
I thought it was interesting because when laid flat the "bays" cannot be seen, but at a angle look like the bays on a reverse.

So this is a residual die clash that has been polished out?

In my opinion,it's only a "prisoner cent" if the clash is on both sides of the bust.
