Coinfrog Bedrock of the Community United States 94367 Posts	Posted 06/05/2019 8:18 pm Agree - PCGS note grading has been inconsistent for many years, and serious collectors use PMG today. PCGS is trying to reinvent itself under a new name, but I would avoid their entire worldwide banknote grading services until stability and confidence have been re-established.
