Adam_E Pillar of the Community United States 4846 Posts	Posted 05/28/2017 5:19 pm Coinfrog: I believe he's referring to the "1" in the serial number being shifted a little higher than the rest of the serial number. Kanga is right, this is called a stuck digit, and does happen relatively often. Errors like this usually don't command a premium unless the digit is massively out of alignment, similar to a misaligned die on lincoln cents.
