Looks like possible DDO over the cross bar of the "4" in the date. I researched coppercoins and variety vista but couldn't find anything close. Any ideas?

Looks more like a die scratch issue. If it were hub doubling, then that area would be thicker. It is thin, so it would not be a hub doubled example.

You could also see something on the 'L' on LIBERTY as well if it were hub doubling. (Above or below the top/bottom of the 'L')
