It appears to have a devil face in it in the faces taken off of it it smooth as can be

Congrats on posting the image! I copied it and messed with it some and came up with this. I don't know what the devil it is? Maybe a struck through but I suspect it was damaged somehow with a polishing dremmel maybe? Anyway, Is the reverse normal or does it show some distortion?
