I'll go 67 or better, but really, I'm clueless on this sort of thing. I mean, I can't see any flaw at all, it could be 69.

depending on the luster which looks a little flat it could go 67, but I am thinking it went 66.. also the hair details look a little flat as does the reverse

I see a few very small dings, like behind the nose, on the D in Dollar, and above the earth, so I'll say MS-66. It's a beautiful Ike!
