Is it just me or is anyone else having an issue with using the image optimizer?

I click on the link provided but the optimizer isn't loading anymore.

Is there anywhere else I can change my photos so I can load them up on this site?

it's possible the people had uploaded them before the optimizer went down.

I have several previously uploaded images.
