don in nmkt Valued Member Canada 241 Posts	Posted 06/06/2017 3:09 pm Sorry no pictures. It looks every bit like cent except that it weighs 2.00 grams and not the normal 2.35. For the time being, you can look up foreign coins that the RCM minted for other countries in 2008 or around that time. johnnysprawl Pillar of the Community Canada 1620 Posts	Posted 06/06/2017 9:25 pm Highly unlikely that it is a Venezuelan 5 centimos planchet, as they were struck in 2009 and your penny was stuck using 2008 dies.
