In the first picture, above the "AT" in "STATES" there is a spot that looks like it might be a filed rim to me. If you look at it with a strong glass and see ridges that might come from a file it probably is that. I mention this because filed rims are a big deal. They can take thousands of dollars off the value of a very expensive coin and result in a "details" instead of a straight grade from a third party grader.

On this coin, it's not a big deal, but it's good to be aware of it. When I was looking at Lesher Dollar, which was NGC graded and priced at over $5,000, I spotted rim filing. NGC had missed it or chosen to not mention it, but it was there and was a problem.

Coin doctors file the rims on a coin to remove edge nicks or bumps.
