This is a very nice example of a 1783 Nova "Constelatio" (one L), small "US", Blunt Rays type*. It is flatly struck with minor wear, a late die state, the lack of detail around the eye and the lack of denticles being noticed at once along with those two rather large areas of rim damage. Surfaces appear, at least in the photo, to be relatively smooth with even a bit of luster, almost too smooth for these coins, which usually have at least minor porosity or planchet flaws.
My eyeball grade based only on these is a range from EF45 up to AU55. Value, I would guess $1200 to $2000+ depending on eye appeal in hand, actual sharpness grade, and how bad those rim damage areas are.
*Disclaimer: Unless you trust your dealer 100%, this coin needs to be evaluated by a colonial specialist from C4 or a similar club. Fakes DO exist, sometimes overstruck on foreign copper planchets which are close in diameter. In addition, "doctoring" such as burnishing, tooling, re-engraving, etc. is often not noticeable in photos. If the price seems way too good to be true, walk away or request third-party authentication.
