Hello, new member here. I'm a hobbyist magician, and have always been fascinated by the huge variety of cool-looking coins in the world, some of which I use in my act. In my family it is good luck to have some foreign currency on you, and outside of the few odd coins I collected on my own, I recently inherited an old candy-box filled with unique coins. I'm not quite ready to pour through them all yet, but I've got them all into plastic sleeves, as some of the different metals have begun to react to one another. I look forward to learning more about coins and maybe becoming a proper collector. Attached is a photo of the two coins currently on my desk, an MTT and a souvenir replica from Fort Ross, CA.
