Large beads.
For small beads the bead would fall completely between the lines you have drawn, it would not be off center whatsoever.
Also the small beads have enough room between beads to easily fit another.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

For 1966, yes, only two.
In 1965 there was also a medium beads variety.

Yes yours is a large bead 1966 Canada Silver Dollar.I have been searching for a SMALL BEAD'66 SINCE THE 1970'S

I also use the left leg of the N in REGINA to determine the difference. The leg is straight at the bead on the small beads. 0n the large bead, the bead is over the serif. Check by the photo above from the Charlton catalogue.
