I found one last year. People give them out and spend them as a ministry. Nice find!
Rest in Peace

Found that same coin CRHing. Think it came from Branson, MO in a place called "Pennies from Heaven" a small shop in the Old Town. They also had ones with an angel stamped out of them. Not sure if they made them or if they were just resale. Wanted to stop in but was out of time, just to ask if they knew the destruction of government issued coins was a crime...

afound these CRH too...

Very cool find! I wonder how they stamp or cut out the designs?

I want to know what they do with the worthless scraps of zinc they punch out.

They could make some dandy charm bracelets using the punched out pieces.

The person who did that must really have wanted to emphasize the "God" aspect of "In God We Trust".

We used to see these in a lot of care packages in Afghanistan. I have a pre-1982 copper one which I kept with me.
