Just received this set and there is what appears to be a un-retained struck through error on the A in Regina, see pictures.

It's probably not too late to get a replacement or full refund.
The Mint's guarantee is pretty good that way.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

For those who collect error coins, would this not be worth keeping?

I suppose you may find someone interested in it however as an error collector myself, I would have zero interest in this particular coin.
There is no Wow factor to it.

@Dr.J and darryldarryl, just so that I can learn something...how do you know that this isn't just a scratch? I'm not very knowledgeable about errors, so I apologize if this is a dumb question.

whether struck through or scratch it is very unsightly on a coin of that quality. I would have sent it back the minute I saw it.

It's struck through something, brush hair, wire, but as mentioned this type of error is just poor quality control and agree no wow factor.
