Need Help Identifying Mystery Asian Coin Or Token

jw3689 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 06/16/2017 9:12 pm I found this coin or token in a shipment of masonry products a few years ago and I saved it to try to find out what it was. So far I've been stumped! I've tried using Google Translate to see if it could read the Asian characters, but that didn't work either. The size and weight is about the same as a US Eisenhower dollar. The edge is reeded. I can't find any number anywhere on it. I am hoping to find answers here. Since the markings aren't that well defined, especially on the person, I suspect it may have been some sort of a token rather than a monetary coin. Spence, I am pretty sure it is non-magnetic, but I will double check and take a picture of the reeding, just for completeness even though it sounds like it is just a commemorative souvenir coin.
