Unless you really need the cash, I'd hang on to them.
You could probably get a little over melt value but, not much.

Ok cool, so they are just worth silver melt? I have several and would rather have cash for melt values rn. In a situation where I'm only holding onto my more rare coins.

Well, those aren't really coins that belong in a collection. Just try to sell for about 11.5 or 12 times face.

They are only worth melt value. You are probably better off holding on to them for now. The silver price is pretty low. If you wait a couple years the price will come back up. Then you can sell them to get something you really want.

I have a representative MS65 in my collection, the rest of them are in my bullion stash.
When I need to convert bullion into numismatic coins they will go.

Quote: so they are just worth silver melt? No. Quote: They are only worth melt value. No, again. If they were all damaged then that may be the case. These all appear to be in pretty good shape and are worth more than silver melt. That's "numismatic value." However, that value won't be much over silver value for those particular coins.

Don't forget that errors and varieties add value. Are any of the 1964's accented hair? Some other variety or error? John1

If you don't enjoy having them, then sell them.

Lets just say , all of those coins are common circs . I wouldn't sell them unless I really needed the money . Hold until silver goes up or hand down to family members .

I would keep them a bit longer.

Awesome thanks, don't get offended because I am asking about "melt value" lol. As stated by few, these I know are not RARE coins but in good shape and still odd enough. If they don't have any errors or anything, then for me being a single 26 year old father, id rather sell them for their metal value if of no DEEP important reason to keep them, errors or other problems. Only things I want to hold onto that are old and not worth much besides memories are family members.

I will say though. Some coins do have sentimental value, although they aren't worth much. I would trade them in, and buy a Morgan dollar or something.
