Thoughts on grade and problems?

Looks like a nice 64, however there are some hairlines that have me concerned especially on the obverse near 6 o clock and 5 o'clock. The reverse also at 11 o'clock. Above average strike. Better pictures perhaps at an angle would greatly help. For know I reserve my judgement to unc details cleaned until I can further determine original or not.

Looks at least MS 64. 21's were notorious for the weak obverse strike resulting in the flat details on the high points of the hair.
Those lines look pretty much like die polishing lines as they are on the fields and don't seem to go over the devices.

Easy 64. 65 would not be impossible. About 60% strike, which is a bit better than most. Looks uncleaned, but it really needs an in hand tilt to determine luster.

You know the 1927 has mintage of less than one million and you can get MS64 for $100 less at least.
