Hi everyone, I'm attaching my 1964d penny and my question is would this be considered a MS66 or possibly MS67 grade? Ive inherited some coins from my grandfather. One of the coins in particular was this one that he had well protected. Would this coin be of any value if indeed it was a high grade? Thank you

as Crazyb0 suggested, starting your own thread is the right thing to do. And I have moved your thread to the grading section

Gabi, You should start a new topic for your post, not jump into an old unrelated thread...you'll get more attention that way. BTW, to the forum!

To answer your question, unless both sides are posted, aligned correctly and good clear pix, it is impossible to grade coins...takes scoring both sides and averaging the two for a proper grade. From the little seen, your coin looks a mid MS grade, say 64/65 but need both sides.

To be able to determine a grade potentially that high, much clearer pics are needed free of any holder (scratches on the capsule will interfere).

Also, work on getting the proper orientation and not cropping out parts of the coin (but do crop excess background). Using the "Preview" button before posting will ensure that.
