This afternoon I discovered an odd-looking $5 bill in my purse, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether it's fairly common or not. It's a got a red seal (United States Note), it's from 1963, and it's serial number is *02975973A. It's fairly worn, so I'm guessing it's not worth much, but I like to keep weird things like this and was curious about whether it was worth keeping.

Ok, without pictures, I'd estimate it at $15 or less dollars.

Cool, star note, I would keep it. Value probably $5.00.

Well, most dealers would only buy em for $5 without the star, but with the star it has at least some premium.
