Please check out the pictures of the Lincoln Cent in this 1980 S Proof Set-
I don't have a way of measuring this other than eye-sight and lining it up by flipping the set over- the cent does not line up properly on the reverse.

I lined this up with a 1982 Proof Set matching the position of the obverse exactly and the reverse on the 1982 S Lincoln Cent comes out perfectly centered while the 1980 S set , the reverse is off on an angle to the right.

* I'm not sure about the other coins, but the cent looks way off to me*.

Is this a Rotation Error that I found?

Looks off a little to me but hard to tell in holder in a picture. I would check it by taping a piece of paper onto the holder along the axis of the coin. Then using protractor find the angle the coin is in the holder. Reverse and do the same thing. Then you could approx how far off center it is.

If it is less than 15% rotation, it is within tolerance

Thanks!

The cent and nickel are less than 15% but the Kennedy half keeps coming up around 23%, so I want to be certain that's its correct before I go any further with it etc.

Getting a second opinion on it.
