Not an error. Pretty cool, but not even close to 200 bucks plus 15 for shipping.

Wow......Wow.....

It looks sanded down to me. They even got into the copper core on the reverse (Oops!).

Edit: don't spend $1.99 on it, just make your own with a sander. Cost: $0.25.
