The rotation is very minor, and within tolerance. On the off-chance that you are not so familiar with US coinage, nearly all US coins are coin orientation, so 180° front to back. Canadian coins, I believe are often medal orientation.

The cent in 2x2 obv is tilted CW @15°, this makes reverse appear more cockeyed than really is. (LIBERTY &date are horizontal plane, makes a difference, yea, yea, picky, picky, picky....
