I Found this an 1964-D LMC with RPM. I think it's 1964-D RPM-017 (variety vista).

Is that a notch at the bottom of the MM? If so,it does not match 017. It does however look like a RPM.

Looks like a nice one to submit to someone. Get a couple more of them (3 total) then send images to see if they would be interested in listing them first. But looks list able to me.

Think it looks close to coppercoins.com
1964d-1mm-032. Which say is also a DDR listed as 1964d-1dr-005. Check attributions for each to see. CC example is MDS, OP's coin appears different state...?
